RISC to RISC Migrations & Upgrades



RISC-to-RISC reduces system downtime as well as reducing exposure for the current production environment. This is accomplished by running the systems side by side during the testing phase, prior to the final cutover and go live date. The OS and other software products are upgraded on the new system as part of the migration where possible software and hardware issues are identified prior to being promoted into production.

This service includes planning sessions to discuss all known customer requirements. The outcome of this planning session is a final hardware and software configuration and an installation plan.
