If your AS400/iSeries/i5 environment does not require full-time staff or if your full-time staff require help from time to time, we can provide experienced administration and operations staff to ensure your critical business systems and applications are functioning fully.

Parts of a support contract include;

OS/400 error correction through PTFs
· Load and apply of individual, group, Hiper and CUME PTFs.

RPG programming fixes
· Senior RPG programmer/analyst will determine and correct logic or programming errors.

Monitoring of your environment
· Our consultants will provide remote or on-site monitoring of critical queues and messages to ensure your system is performing as it should and to identify any possible issues before becoming a problem.

System documentation
· We can outline database and/or application flow to ensure your system is architected correctly and that maximum potential is being recognized.
